No. We supply highly accurate telephone number lists to assist debt collectors in their collection efforts. We are not a call center, law office, or collection agency.
Simply upload your list of debtor names and last-known addresses via our easy-to-use interface. DebtorCollect.com will automatically match your debtor list to our database of over 100 million telephone numbers. Within a few minutes, you will get an e-mail notification with a hyperlink to bring you back to our site. Click the link, and we will show you a report of the telephone numbers we were able to append to your file, broken down by certain confidence levels, from 1 to 36. Each level is priced accordingly, with the top level being the most accurate. After you make your selections and approve your order, our system will add telephone numbers to the records in your file, and in just a few moments, your file will be ready for download.
Our online system gives debt collectors the advantage of having access to the most up-to-date telephone number database in the nation. Our database is updated every single night, using nationwide telephone connection data. When your debtor establishes telephone service, we know about it within 24 to 72 hours. Typically you'd have to wait weeks or longer to find this information.

You also have the flexibility of customizing your order so that every list is affordable. Telephone numbers are priced according to the accuracy of the telephone number match. As the match accuracy decreases, so does your price. If you want only the best 100 matches, that is all you will pay for. Plus, our system is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That way you can spend your work day doing what makes you money, collections.
It depends on how aggressive you want to be in your collection efforts. We know that not every collector is the same. Some collectors are willing to call only the most accurate telephone records possible, while some are willing to call telephone numbers that are less accurate in the hopes of tracing the debtor. With DebtorCollect.com, you can do both. After uploading your file, our system will generate a report with various confidence levels from 1 to 36. The top level matches are nearly 100% accurate; while the bottom level matches are significantly less accurate. Each confidence level is priced accordingly. The greater the accuracy of the match, the more you will pay.
Our assignment of confidence levels depends on a multitude of factors. The top levels are given only to those records that meet 15 different levels of very stringent match criteria. With a level 1 through 5 match, you can be nearly 100% certain that the telephone number we return will match your debtor. Sometimes, however, there is simply not enough information available on a particular debtor for DebtorCollect.com to match multiple criteria and assign a level 1 through 5 match level. But, that does not mean that another match level will not trace to your debtor. It just means that not all matches will be 100% accurate. We strongly recommend that our clients expand their searches beyond the top level matches.

DebtorCollect.com stands behind the quality of our telephone data. Our data is sourced from the National Directory Assistance File, the most up to date data file on the market. Because of our nightly updates, we can guarantee that at least 80% of the records falling into confidence levels 1 through 23 will be valid, callable numbers. Telephone numbers falling in confidence levels 24 through 36 are by nature inaccurate to a greater degree and, therefore, are not guaranteed in any way and will not be refunded in any instance. In the rare instance that the records supplied in your order do not meet our promise of validity, DebtorCollect.com will happily refund 100% of your money for the records that did not connect. All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your request must be made in writing to refunds@DebtorCollect.com and must contain your: Order Number (found on your receipt) Order Date Username Name Company Name Mailing Address Email Address
2. Your request must be made within 72 hours of your order.
3. You must attach to your e-mail or otherwise specify all of the records that would not connect, along with a written explanation or report detailing the issues with the numbers (e.g., tri-tone, not in service, no such number). DebtorCollect.com will manually verify whether these numbers are valid. Please allow up to three (3) business days for manual confirmation. If, after confirmation by our staff, over 20% of the total records you ordered in confidence levels 1 through 23 are invalid, DebtorCollect.com will issue a 100% refund for each and every invalid record, on a pro rata basis. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for a refund transaction to post. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that the telephone numbers we supply will yield a debtor contact. Our refund policy only goes to the validity of the telephone number (i.e., whether the telephone number is active and callable). Since many debtors consciously avoid communication with collectors, even a valid and accurate telephone number will not always lead to debtor contact.
